I'd take a drake into L3's if you're lower on skill points before a caracal. Skills all overlap (minus BC skill, but whatever) and it's simply far harder to lose that thing.

Not being funny, if you find yourself in the position where you NEED to MJD in a rattler, you're doing it so horribly wrong I dont even... PvE this thing is a godlike machine, PvP...it's a lot scarier than it used to be, though still not the best.
